Water Exercise May Be For You

If you struggle with a lot of back pain and medical treatments, including exercise, haven’t delivered the relief you seek, WATER EXERCISE may be for you. Water exercise can be great for your joints and muscles. If you have chronic back pain we have two new techniques that we have had great success with: Total Motion Release and Pain Neutralization Technique. We have been able to correct patient’s chronic pain problems in 1-3 visits and then we give them a water exercise routine to keep their muscles strong to support their joints to eliminate pain.
